I separatori dinamici sono particolarmente indicati per la separazione di prodotti a granulometria inferiore ai 100 µm , inquanto i vagli a rete hanno potenzialità relativamente limitate. Si possono installare in impianti di macinazione a secco per ottenere un macinato senza polvere , oppure per ottenere solo prodotto fine esente da porti grosse . I nostri separatori sono attualmente in uso sia in impianti per la produzione di polveri sotto i 5 µm (tipo colori per inchiostri ) che per graniglie con dimensioni 10 - 125 µm e per materie prime con dimensioni da 5 a 250 µm .
DESCRIPTION
IThe dynamic separators are particularly suitable for the separation of products with particle sizes that is less than 100 µm where, the traditional mesh screens have relatively limited performance. They can be installed in dry grinding systems to obtain a powder-free output material or to obtain only fine product without large grains. Our separators are currently used in plants for the production of powders under 5 µm (as for the ink colors ), in production plants for glazes of size 10 - 125 µm and in plants for the production of raw materials of size 50 - 250 µm.
